Independent Financial Group is Hiring a Quality Control Specialist Near McKinney, TX
- Ensure quality assurance of customer data by performing daily check-back of new and revised Deposit Accounts
- Provide excellent customer service support across the branch network as well as the Bank enterprise
- Process incoming emails to update account requests for customers
- Ensure all items are updated correctly and complete check backs on all necessary items
- Complete all requests in a timely manner
- Monitor and process weekly and/or monthly activity and exception reports
- Ensure all related items are handled appropriately within the Deposit Operations department and for Financial Centers
- Maintaining timely updates on all related tasks
- Document and maintain up-to-date procedures on all daily, monthly, and yearly responsibilities
- Provide backup support to various back office processes such as wires, document imaging, debit card orders and check & ACH
- Other job related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 3 years experience in branch or back office operations within banking industry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on various tasks, department initiatives and special projects
- Medium to strong computer skills
- Demonstrate a general level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
